SYMBION, INC. ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2009 CONFERENCE CALL

Nashville, Tennessee (March 30, 2010) – Symbion, Inc., an owner and operator of short stay surgical facilities, announced today that it will provide an online Web simulcast of its fourth quarter and year-end 2009 earnings conference call on Thursday, April 1, 2010. The Company will file an Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2009, prior to the call, a copy of which will be available through the Investor tab of the Company's website at www.symbion.com.

The live broadcast of Symbion's conference call is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, April 1, 2010. An online replay will be available for 30 days beginning approximately an hour following the conclusion of the live broadcast.
