R. Dale Kennedy
Prior to his appointment as Compliance Officer for the company, Mr. Kennedy served as President of the American Group. He also serves as the Secretary of Symbion and has been the Senior Vice President of Management Services since 2002. Before joining the company, he was the Chief Operating Officer for IPN Network, LLC, a company focusing on managing the business office functions of healthcare entities. He also held regional financial roles for HCA and HealthTrust Inc., The Healthcare Company.
